By accessing or using Summo ("the Service"), accessible from summo.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Summo grants schools and teachers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for educational purposes in a classroom setting.
The Service is strictly designed to function without student registration. Any attempt to reverse-engineer the platform to identify individual students or harvest data is strictly prohibited.
The underlying software, design, and code of Summo are the property of Summo. The educational content (questions, labs) created by teachers remains the property of the teacher/school.
The Service is provided "as is." While we strive for high availability and accuracy, Summo is not liable for any interruptions to classroom activities caused by technical failures or internet connectivity issues.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
